VINIFICATION: Classic white vinification in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
AGING: In bottle for at least a month.
COLOR: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
BOUQUET: Fresh and fruity with strong notes of citrus, green apple, kiwi and white flowers.
ORGANOLEPTIC EXAM: Very fresh thanks to a marked acidity in perfect balance with the structure of the wine.

PAIRINGS: Indicated as an aperitif in particular with toasted hazelnuts, accompanied by seafood and haute cuisine dishes.

LAND: The Normano oil production seals are located on a clayey, tufaceous and rich in mineral soil, with exposure to the South-West and on average altitudes of 600 m s.l.m. .
COLLECTION: Manual harvesting system, as soon as the veraison begins for the preservation of all the perfumes, although it has a lower yield, but a higher quality.
FRANGING AND DECANATION: Mechanical crushing and cold pressing. Natural decantation without filtration.
SENSORIAL CHARACTERS: The color is bright green. The aroma is similar to the aroma of grass, moderately fruity with hints of tomato leaf, artichoke and sage. The taste is fruity, with a velvety consistency and good flavor with spicy and bitter notes.
PAIRINGS: Ideal for appetizers, such as tomato bruschetta and seafood salads; to season first courses such as soups and minestrone, or second courses like grilled meat and fish.
